Adriana Jimenez is the Founder and Managing Director of Lotus Advance Esthetics and a certified license esthetician. After studying

skincare at Florida College of Natural Health. She also got certified to do Collagen Induction Therapy also known as Micro needling at Prismatique Usa and Microblading at Browcare4U. Adriana believes in going after your dreams. The knowledge she acquired over the years in her education and work ethic, has led her to open up her business in the beauty industry.

At Lotus Advance Esthetics, Adriana provides her clients with high quality skincare, waxing, and microblading services. She has 11 years of experience in Skincare and Waxing. She's known for her speed, perfectionism and painless technique in waxing throughout South and Central Florida. She specializes in both female and male Brazilians. Adriana strongly believes you get what you pay for, and her clients only receive the best quality treatments and products in Orlando. Our goal here at Lotus is to elevate our clients inside and out. We care for our clients and strive to offer them an exceptional experience as well as a safe clean environment.

OUR POLICY

NO CHILDREN ALLOWED

Due to safety considerations and limited space children are not permitted it is a liability for the business and we cannot be held responsible for a child safety while we are working. Unfortunately, we will have to reschedule your appointment if you do bring your child. Thank you for understanding.

TARDINESS

We value our time and most importantly our customers. If you are delayed upon arrival please remember that your service will end at its original time. Tardy clients have a grace period of 10 mins to make it to their appointments anything after that will require rescheduling and a $10 late fee.

NO SHOWS

Time is important to everyone which is why we follow a 24 hour cancellation policy. We will charge a $20 no show fee for anyone who misses an appointment without giving a 24 hours notice.

PAYMENTS,PRODUCTS,GRATUITY AND REFUNDS

Cash app, PayPal and Zelle are accepted forms of payments.

Gratuity is accepted in forms of Cash, Cash App or Zelle.

No refunds on services. Refunds are only offered if there is a service breakdown on the part of the business. Any concern about a service, customers have within a week to notify us for a complimentary touch up.

PRIVACY

Client information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.

COVID-19

The safety of our clients is our top priority! The Spa suite is disinfected daily, tools and equipment are sanitized after every client. Staff and clients are REQUIRED to wear a mask upon arrival. Please contact us in advance if you experience any cold like symptoms or receive a positive test result so we can reschedule your appointment. Thank you!
